This organisation is the current leading Mafia in Blood City. Taking over the previous organisation, this company is more about business then ideals. The new Blood City Mafia carries out their business via bending the law and avoiding detection when breaking it, even meddling in the business of the government and the City Guard, providing services whether possible. Militaires Sans Frontieres is a cancer on the city, profiting off the suffering of overs, yet too few accept this.
Only Militaires Sans Frontieres members may control the actions of the Mafia. Unlike the previous Mafia, Militaires Sans Frontieres is a equal opportunities employer. This building is also hidden underground and only accessible via a few hidden entrances, only really known by employees.

A massive landscape of blackened earth surrounds the Black Stone Fortress. It is said that in a time long past there was a Demon Lord known as Pyragoloth whom lead a demonic army across these plains from the fortress itself and were faced with a force of demon hunters from the Guild of Warrens. The demon army was defeated and a Grand Master of Warrens known as Hyperion cut Pyragoloth's head from his body, the resulting fountain of ichor staining the field black.

A few smallish mountains on the borders of the country side. On the other side is the outside world, the lands that are populated by largely by normal human beings. The tallest mountains have snowy peeks and hidden hot springs deep inside the masses of rock and stone. You may even find caves here.

| The Superior Fields
These fields have been formed around Rokku and the mountains in order to produce more food for the city and reduce exports. Created when the government took over management of Rokku, these fields of various grains and wheat span many miles. Fed by chemicals and magics, they corrupt and pollute the surrounding environment.
These fields are under heavy guard.

| Fortress Rokku (17 sub-boards)
A massive fortress complex that features a oriental style architecture, with a tint of European styling. It is a place where warriors come to train and learn the arts of combat but also offers schooling and training for almost everything, normal education and magic education included. Rokku acts as the primary Nursery, Primary School, Secondary School, Collage and University of Blood City and was a population of thousands of students and hundreds of teachers. This entire fortress is based in the mountains and has a single path leading to it. The place is covered by a energy field which blocks out all UV rays so vampires are safe here if they stay within five miles of the building. The beauty of this is that a vampire, or creature that would normally die when exposed to the sun, can walk freely whilst being able to see the sun.

This is a area in Black Forest that is occupied by a large number of Werewolf packs. Here werewolves roam quite freely, under the only requirement that they always remain in their werewolf form. They live here in Dens, ether built in tree tops, on the ground, or in great burrows. There are a few rivers running down from the nearby mountains going through here, along with a number of lakes. It is ill advised to go exploring here, for it can be quite dangerous. Also note that ordinary wolf packs can be found around here too.
